Amos rocks!
Love this one! Not his best, but different and all Amos. I have really enjoyed it... 2008-07-19

Amos Lee Has Soul
This has got to be his best work to date.
I couldn't find a song I didn't like.
A soulful joy from beginning to end!!!!

Amos Lee does it again!
Amos Lee's soulful evocative music washes away the detritus left behind after listening to the latest pop radio compilation. 2008-07-17

Grows on you
Though the singing is great and the instrumental pleasing throughout, this CD doesn't quite match the lofty standards set by his first two CDs.
But it is still a strong album and, after a few more listens, grew on me so much that it's now on constant rotation at my house. Highlights include "Listen," "Baby I want You," "What's Been Going On," and "Better Days."
Give it a try. It gratifies in a way most music cannot.

can't all be winners
While I am a big fan of Amos Lee's first two cds, this one is not up to that standard. There are some good songs on here such as "listen" and the rerecording of an older Amos song called "jails and bombs". However, there is also a lot of bad stuff on here, such as "won't let me go", this sounds like a bad attempt at an R&B song. This is very unusual for Amos and sounds very awkward, I am still a fan of his but I would definatly recommend his other cds before this one. 2008-06-29
