Who We Are

This is one of those rare albums that you put in your cd player, or download onto you Ipod/Mp3 player, and don't skip any of the song because they are all good. However, it did not surprise me because it was Lifehouse, and Jason Wade has become one of the most underrated and overlooked writer's in the music business today. This album is filled with great songs and Wade pours his emotion into all of them. Especially with the best song on the CD "Broken". Anybody who has had their heartbroken can identify with the song and the lyrics. The Bridge "I'm hanging on, another day - Just to see what you will throw my way - And I'm hanging on to the words you say - You say that I will be ok" and in The Chorus "I'm falling apart, I'm barely breathing with a Broken heart
Thats still beating, in the pain is there healing- In your name I find meaning". This is one of those songs that has great lyrics and is even better when you hear the emotion that Lifehouse put into this track. Other great ballads include their current single, "Whatever it takes", "Make me Over", "Mesmerized", "Easier to Be" and their first single "First time". Some of their pop/rock-edged tracks include "The Joke", "Who we are" and "Dissaray". This album has just the right balance of ballads and pop/rock songs to make it one of the best albums of the 2007. If you like Lifehouse, you can pay $9.99-$18.99 for this album and will get your money's worth. You will not be disappointed! If you like Lifehouse you should also check out these two other artists and Albums: Howie Day "Stop all the world Now", Daughtry "Daughtry", Train - Any of their albums. "Who we are" gets a grade of A++++.

One of my all time favorite cds! So far not a day has gone by that I don't listen to it. All the songs are great!

This is a great CD by Lifehouse, one of their best. All songs are quality, and each track is enjoyable to hear. So refreshing to hear great music, coupled with great lyrics. Awesome sound on this album.

I've had this CD for some time now, but I just wanted to chime in since Lifehouse deserves another positive review from another VERY satisfied fan! I have every single one of their albums, and this was another ace in the hole for this incredible band. Jason Wade's resonant vocals and beautifully poignant lyrics are always contemplative and uplifting. This CD never gets dull and Lifehouse will be one of my most favorite bands for years to come.

It's ben quite sometime since I have bought a CD for myself. I saw these guys on the TV on Thanksgiving and felt compelled to buy it. I was not disappointed. One of the best CDs that I have gotten ever.....I just haven't found much recently worth buying and they were worth every cent.
