The Secret Universal Mind Meditation

I recommend this Meditation to everyone; My Husband and I have owned it for over a year. We listened to it every night for 6 weeks and I continue to listen occasionally to keep focusing on the good and expanding of knowledge. I have given this Meditation to several of my friends, who are just as satisfied with this meditation as I am.

After listening to this soothing CD, I can honestly say it works very well. I have been upset and worried about so many things. I put on my headphones, before I fall asleep, and the beautiful voice of Kelly made me feel so calm. After listening for a week, I felt only stillness about all the things I used to worry about. When I didn't listen to the CD for a few weeks, the tightness in my chest returned. I immediatley went back to listening. I always fall asleep during it because her voice is wonderful. Very happy with this CD.

This CD is so soothing and has wonderful affirmations. Kelly's voice is so soft and she lulls you to sleep, the sound waves and how her voice reverberates sometimes is a really cool effect. I love this CD, I listen to it all the time.

I have been listening to this CD for 2 weeks now. I can sense a change in my attitude - towards more positive thinking. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.
