The Secret Universal Mind Meditation

At least a half dozen people I have spoken to have had a similar experience of bizarre dreams. Also, the script doesn't always align with the message from the book. There are words like "don't" "sorrow of my neighbors"...and there is a lot of "dying" in it as well...frankly, it's pretty creepy. AND the "message" is not printed on any of the material.

I've been a fan of Kelly Howell for many years and highly recommend her Brain Sync CDs. The Secret Universal Mind Meditation is based on the work of U.S. Andersen. His book, "Three Magic Words" is also a must read.

The two combined are very powerful tools. Howell's CD has certainly helped me to achieve a more IN THE FLOW or ZONE state where I can open up my mind to new insights and inspirations.

This CD claims to be relaxing and states clearly at the beginning that it is not meant to be listened to while driving as it should be listened to as you fall asleep. I'd say it works great, I still have not been able to stay away to hear the entire thing. It is encouraging as well as relaxing. Good for anyone interested in learning to believe in themselves.

I have battled depression for years and someone recommended this meditation to me and I have listened to it every night for 2 weeks so far and it has absolutely changed my life! (sounds trite, I know, but it's the honest truth). I find that anytime a negative thought creeps into my mind, I subconciously PUSH it right back out and start thinking positive thoughts! I think Kelly's voice is one of the MOST soothing, relaxing voices to listen to every night. I have yet to make it through the entire CD without falling asleep.

I am happier in 2 weeks of listening to this CD than I have been in 20 years of depression medication and therapy.

I love this guided meditation. After the first couple of nights, it became like an instant sleep inducer for me. As soon as she says "Close your eyes" I'm out. Really great.
