Change Your Thoughts Meditation CD: Do the Tao Now!

I am a fan of Dr. Dyer, and bought both the book and CD. The book is excellent, but the message gets lost in the CD because the "Ahhhhhhhh" mantra goes on for way, way, way too long. Much longer than practical for someone who is starting the process, and it is just a huge distraction. You end up spending all your time trying to match his lung capacity rather than listening to and absorbing the message.

Thanks for the recommendation to Méhdi. This music goes perfectly and I mean perfectly with this CD, I use it during my meditations and it somehow amplifies my positive energy. A True Gem...Google Méhdi and Just go Listen... Click on ... Soothing Music "Music That Sounds The Way Life Should Feel" I have a feeling that you'll be glad you did !

That being said....
This CD really works since it is filled with wonderful meditative imagery and Wayne Dyers voice is so very soothing. I like to listen to this CD a few times each week and I let the images go deep into my subconscious mind. What I like most is that I notice how much better I feel, so I would have to say that this CD is most effective. Change Your Thoughts Meditation: Do the Tao Now is powerfully healing! Good until I got the the financial meditation and I could not stop laughing! Lao Tzu never said any such thing!

The meditation was not what I expected. It was along the lines of TM (of the past) The mantra was distracting, not allowing me to focus on the verbage.

The description of the book was so good, and especially since it was recommended by Sylvia Browne and Hay House, I went ahead and bought 3 copies....one for me and 2 for friends. We all enjoyed the book!
