Change Your Thoughts Meditation CD: Do the Tao Now!

Anything that Wayne Dyer writes enriches your spirit life by leaps and bounds. His writings regardless of the titles are diffently touch by the spirit filled life that he lives. He is awesome in his meetings.

I love Wayne Dyer, but this entire CD is not much more than him chanting 'TAO' for over an hour. He recites a verse from the Tao, and then proceeds to chant the word 'Tao' over and over again until he moves onto the next verse.
The book is a much better source than the CD - you could chant on your own if you felt so led after reading/studying/contemplating a verse.

I would not recommend spending your money on this. I think you will be disappointed.

Years ago I studied the way of the Tao. This book is a wonderful interpretation that I can read in the morning before I get out of bed and have an empowering, uplifting thought to focus on for the rest of the day. I bought the book, but I bought this cd set for a friend.

I read the book and was expecting more details. What this CD does is say the thought then you listen to Wayne chant three times. That's three times after each thought. No explainations. Very annoying, I was hoping for more insight into thoughts I don't need help chanting. It runs for over an hour.

I assumed the cd would be an audio read of the book. Instead it was monk like chanting and humming. I am not into this. I was very disapointed and returned the item for a refund.
