Change Your Thoughts Meditation CD: Do the Tao Now!

Imagine something annoying x 300. This da da da chant was irritating. By the time I got done listening to the cd, I was irritable and ready to get rid of the cd ASAP.
Let's leave the chanting to the Buddist Monks who know what they are doing.

I've been listening to the CD in my car and mantra of the TAO - TAO - TAO gets REALLY irritating. I just fast-forward past that part.

If you like lots of Om, gasp...Omm, gasp Ommmmmm for hours you will like this. It's not even particularily soothing Oming....sort of gasp....obnoxious. It's not that I am unfamiliar with meditating. It is just NOT what I thought it would be. Maybe I'm just not intune with the Higher Omage....gasp!

I have found this to be a wonderful and uplifting addition to the book "Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life". It helps you to do meditation and do it in a very positive way

I have found this CD to be extremely helpful; and you don't even have to listen to the entire recording in order to benefit by listening to it.

Although I primarily listen to it at night, just before I go to bed ~ to unwind from my day ~ I have also found that it helps me a great deal *anytime* if I am dealing with stress or if I have a "problem" I need to work out. After the session, I am ready to face whatever it was that bothered me to begin with and I am able to find a better solution to that "problem" than I had before I listened to the CD.

The wisdom of the Tao, together with the mantra and the music, soothes and relaxes the spirit, it touches the soul at its deepest region and quiets the mind so the listener is able to connect with his/her higher source.

I would highly recommend getting the book and listening to the CD. If you can change your thoughts, you *can* change your life. This CD will help you do just that.
