Change Your Thoughts Meditation CD: Do the Tao Now!

This CD can be summed up very simply: Dr. Dyer reads a bunch of old sayings that are the equivalent of fortunes from fortune cookies, then he chants this annoying daaaaaaaooooooouuuuuu sound in between each saying. It would be somewhat bearable if his voice were remotely soothing or relaxing but it isn't. All I felt when I was done listening to it was pissed off that I'd wasted my money!

I found the meditations on the CD to be lengthy... good idea but, not my cup of tea.

Dr. Wayne W. Dyer's "Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life," in book and CD forms, is wonderful and inspiring. But this meditation CD, also based on the "Tao Te Ching," is astonishingly annoying. Dyer bellows "Tao" after each of the 81 recitations, and it sounds more like a cow moo-ing. It is an unlistenable experience. Steer clear and read or listen to his original book.

I liked the CD message, but it was difficult to get into the meditation when your thoughts were interupted by Dr. Dyers terrible chanting. Take that out and you have a winner.

Changing your thoughts made easier through subliminal suggestion!!!
Dr. Dyer shall be forever remembered for his great efforts to share wisdom to as many as possible!!!
