The Lion King (1997 Original Broadway Cast)

I think that this is so much better than the film score.
I have tastes for most kinds of music and after seeing the musical I appreciate the music more.
I love the songs "Shadowland", "Endless Night" and both "They Live in you" you get a feel for the characters more.
Definitly worth buying!

Purchased this CD for one of my children as a gift. The quality of the music from the Broadway production is great.

Took forever to get it, ordered 07/13/08 and received 08/02/08, but well worth it as it is the original Broadway Cast recording. Awesome!

We've taken the kids to see the lion king broadway musical twice and this CD has all of the songs from the musical exactly as they are in the show. The kids love to listen to it--and so do I! The music is absolutely beautiful.
