Sleep Deeply

Sleep Deeply is just what it says! It helps you to relax and sleep. A massage therapist used this during my session and it relaxed me so that I decided I wanted one at home to use at night. It is beautiful music besides helping you to sleep.

Annoying..I had to turn it off. I could hear the background bass and it certainly wasnt relaxing. Tried to eliminate Bass input but still did not matter. Perhaps a more fluid interweave in the composition.

Sleep deeply, is a great CD to buy, we love it. my family bought extras to give as gifts.

Gave this CD to my mom as a present. She's been playing it every night now before she goes to sleep, and it really does help her to get to sleep more easily and peacefully. A good recommendation for people who are having trouble getting to sleep!

I have found this CD to be very helpful. The underlying pulsating rhythm is soothing and seems to connect with your breathing and heartbeat. Even if I wake up, I close my eyes immediately and go back to sleep. It's definitely worth a try!
