Run To Cadence With The U.S. Marines vol.1

This is a great CD to have in your MP3 collection for running. Was at PI in 1994 - 1st Bt. D Co. (Plt 1161) and this is the real deal. I have all 3 volumes, all are great!

This makes my runs seem alot shorter. I am a former Marine, so on my runs the CD really takes me back to the good days. It makes running alot easier/smother.

I initially had this on a cassette tape that has long since worn out. With the advent of digital music, this CD will last long after I'm gone. I couldn't be happier with the memories and motivation the content provides; my wife chose an outstanding gift! For those that served and those that didn't, this CD will spark a fire that will have you humming long after cool down and shower.

My son, a poolie with the M.C., is totally motivated every time he listens to this CD. He was just promoted to squad leader and now is learning cadences (from the CD) to use during PT. He loves it.
