Good workout music
This CD is good for working out. I like all the songs and it is very easy to get into it. Some of the songs are unfamiliar, but with the upbeat music it doesn't matter. 2008-07-22
oldies exercise music
This is great music to exercise to. I teach cardio kickboxing and this 140bpm is so great. The songs are uplifting and sometimes crack me up! the class loves it 2007-12-13
