If you are looking for a CD for relaxation this is it. This is a beautiful recording done on the Monterey Bay, CA with seagulls, waves crashing and tidepools. This is no other music mixed with this. All it is is just waves crashing! The best. This is probably the best CD I ever bought to help me relax and really feel like I am at the ocean. 2000-05-17
